1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sunodistro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

Suno Distribution provides digital music distribution, royalty reporting, and related services. We do not guarantee platform acceptance, placement, streams, revenue, or earnings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our services.

4. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights to the content submitted
  • Your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights
  • All metadata, artwork, and information provided is accurate

You are solely responsible for your content.

5. Payments

All fees must be paid in advance. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

6. Content Review & Removal

Suno Distribution may reject, remove, or disable content at any time if it violates laws, platform rules, or these Terms. Removal does not entitle the user to a refund.

7. Royalties

Royalties are based solely on reports received from third-party platforms. We are not responsible for reporting delays, adjustments, or non-payment by platforms.

8. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations. Outstanding obligations remain enforceable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suno Distribution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or streams.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes shall be subject to California courts.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to SunoDistro for music distribution services, subscription plans, promotional services, or add-on features are generally non-refundable, except as described below.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Subscription fees (monthly / yearly) are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.

  • If a user cancels their subscription, services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Distribution Fees

  • Once a release has been submitted to digital stores (including but not limited to platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), the distribution fee is non-refundable.

  • If the release has not yet been processed or delivered to stores, refund requests may be considered within 24 hours of payment.

4. Store Rejections

  • If a release is rejected by stores due to metadata issues, copyright claims, artwork violations, or policy breaches, the fee will not be refunded.

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring compliance with store guidelines.

5. Duplicate Payments

  • In case of accidental duplicate payment, users must contact support within 7 days with proof of transaction. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.

6. Fraud & Policy Violations

  • No refunds will be issued if the account is suspended or terminated due to fraud, copyright infringement, or violation of platform policies.

7. Technical Errors

  • If a payment is deducted but the service was not activated due to a verified technical error from our side, a refund or service credit will be issued after investigation.

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
